Psalms 2 & Psalms 110

A day will come when He will reign, rule, and judge all peoples and nations. And the author essentially says to pray and be in God's good graces because that day is coming soon.

"The Lord is at your right hand; he will shatter kings on the day of his wrath. He will execute judgment among the nations, filling them with corpses; he will shatter chiefs over the wide earth."  Psalms 110:5-6

These two chapters can seem a little intimidating.

But, when you read these two chapters, the main point that the author is trying to get across is that...

- The Lord is King Over Everything!
- Over the Birds of the Air, and the Beasts of the Field!
- Over Vast Armies, and Strongholds!
- Over Rulers, Kings, and Principalities, and Governments!
- Over Monumental Life Situations, Struggles, and Addictions!
- Over the Moon, the Stars, the Planets, and the Galaxies!
- Over Life, Over Sin, and Over Death!

"At the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." Philippians 2:10-11, English Standard Version (ESV)
