Acts 11 & 12: The Word of God Flourishes

Reading through these chapters I was consistently reminded of the power of the word of God. I love watching the word spread and create drastic change and repentance among the people its being shared with. I forget far to often how important it is just to share the word and let God do His part along the way to show people His power. 

We simply don't give him enough credit. Watching the Church of Antioch flourish especially outside of just Jewish culture is the beginning of this beautiful movement of redemption that will help set people free. It incredible when they finally mention that "In Antioch the disciples were first called Christians"

Thinking about being able to serve in the same way that these early Christians did is powerful as we must continue to carry Gods Word forward today.
